Las Tortillas offers both Full Bar & Food Service at the Harriet Island Pavilion. This is a great venue for a Grand Dinner Buffet. We have catered a Rhode Island theme Dinner buffet, Smoked Whole Hog BBQ Dinner Buffet and Elegant plated meals.
The Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion on Harriet Island is located at 200 Dr. Justus Ohage Blvd across the Mississippi River from downtown Saint Paul. It is a beautiful 5,000 square-foot year-round rental facility.
